Our growing Santa Monica-based startup is hiring an enthusiastic, passionate intern to assist with education programs and services. Undergraduate or graduate students looking to contribute to a quickly growing organization with a social mission of increasing educational opportunities for college-bound students should apply. We’re looking for high achieving, organized, tech-obsessed team players who love to create detailed plans and draft curriculum while making a meaningful impact in shaping an early-stage organization.

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop programs and systems for students
  • Create free programs to help low income students of color
  • Help create, validate, and implement innovative college counseling curriculum
  • Create strong repeatable systems for any educator to follow
  • Document, create and maintain protocol for repeatable processes of tasks put forth
  • Recruit intern successor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15-20 hours of weekly availability
  • Demonstrated interest in college counseling or educational services
  • Demonstrated interest in working directly with students and a passion for educational equity
  • Proficiency using Google Drive, managing iCal, and performing basic online functions
  • Driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
